• If the customer paid in cash, via bank transfer, or through a point-of-sale device: The refund will be processed immediately upon our receipt of the goods.

2. Our Responsibility at Qatra Hena:

If the wrong product is delivered by the delivery person, Qatra Hena Water will bear all associated expenses and costs, at no additional cost to the customer.

• Avoid placing water cartons near areas with strong odors, such as bathrooms, kitchens, or areas containing cleaning products and pesticides.
• Protect the water from direct sunlight to maintain its quality.
